We are wishing all in No1 Whitehall Riverside a happy and healthy new year!
The staff at Coach Gym will be back onsite on Wednesday 8th January providing FREE health checks and wellbeing advice.
They will be based in the main Reception from 12 – 2 pm no booking necessary.
The team will be on hand to take vital health and well-being measurements, including weight, blood pressure, BMI, muscle mass and visceral fat levels.
Once the day is complete, all participants will receive a copy of their results including a FREE DAY PASS to use the facilities over at Coach Gym (385 Kirkstall Road, LS4 2EZ).
