Hi All,
On World Health Day Nuffield Health will be onsite to offer free health checks in the main reception.
They will be based in the main reception from 12 – 2pm no booking necessary.
The team will be on hand to take vital health and well-being measurements, including weight, blood pressure, BMI, muscle mass and visceral fat levels.
The will also be hosting a fun fitness related competition with prizes to be won!
If one of your goals this year is to get active this would be a great opportunity to help get you started!
