Please note that the management team can’t be responsible for everyone in the building and there should be an assigned fire marshal for your individual office.
In case of a fire- Please act quickly, sound the alarms from your nearest fire box point and please inform a member of the management team on the location of the fire.

Aircon- for all Aircon related issues please inform a member of the building management
Leak- Please inform the building management of any leaks ASAP
Electrical faults- Please note that you are responsible for all electrics within your demise. Faults to do with the fire system and any communal areas, please inform a member of the management team.
